1. Ordering Process

All orders at Your Choice are placed via WhatsApp. By completing the checkout form and clicking "Place Order via WhatsApp", you confirm your intent to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until our team acknowledges your WhatsApp message.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.

3. Payment

We do not accept online payments through the website. Payment is arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as communicated by our team.

4. Delivery

We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Exchanges & Returns

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the item being unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. We do not offer refunds, but will exchange for a different size or provide store credit. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.

6. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If a product significantly differs from its description, we will accept an exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Your Choice. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
